All: I'm out and about and saw my earlier thread had a mini blow up and I can't figure out how to respond to my own original post.
Here's the location of where I saw the bird this morning:
Good pull off spot on CR 28 where you see it make the small dip the SE. Bird was out 150-200 yds. Was kind of strange that it did NOT move for the 15 minutes I was looking at it. Head was moving and it was alert and it was not feeding on anything.
Should note I saw a second bird in the trees being this house (shows up as "Recovery Church" on Google maps) that definitely looked like a Peregrine. It had the full "dark helmet" and looked like a juvie Tundra (more medium dark brown) streaking on a white chest/belly.
