Bird still present as of 6pm. Seen from West parking lot. It was in the middle of the lake resting on a floating log. Great views through the scope which is probably necessary.

The adult Arctic Tern was still present, foraging around the center of Timnath Reservoir, at 8 pm this evening. It was noticeably smaller than the Forster's Terns nearby. I scoped it from atop the dam just south of the parking area on the west side .
