White faced ibis at Big Johnson in El Paso county

Their is a group of white-faced (?) ibis at the east end of the remaining water in Big Johnson Reservoir as of about 2 PM Sunday. I could not get a very good picture of them due to the distance and heat waves but they are definitely ibis.
