            Join us for the annual Denver area Fall Count. Denver has conducted Fall Bird Counts for over 30 years.Bring binoculars, scopes for the reservoir counts, field guide, and lunch. Everyone welcome to help – more eyes see more birds.

Barr Lake State Park. Lots of walking – at least five miles – on all sides of the lake, including the banding station.

Waterton, downstream. 4-5 mile hike. Wear long pants (not shorts) due to bare-leg-unfriendly plants such as poison ivy, thistles, and knapweed.
