Failed Osprey Nest, Redux, Union Res. (Boulder)

Was sad to see the Osprey nest at Union Res by the east side marina entrance blew down, again.  Same thing happened last year about this time.  Really frustrating that they are bound and determined to build a nest in the same spot, when there are some empty platforms in the NE quadrant of the reservoir.  They are on top of a high voltage feeder line, honestly surprised they haven't been zapped.
