Water is Flowing at Monte Vista NWR

Today, my wife Lisa and I observed that the water has been turned onto the wetlands, and birds are starting to gather there. Best place to see these birds is along Co Hwy 15, 6 miles south of Monte Vista. Did not have a chance to glass through them because of other errands, but will give you a report soon as we can. The magic of migration begins....
