Hi all,
As of 1:10 PM the snowy owl is still present at Standley Lake in Jefferson County. The bird is currently perched in what I would guess is the same spot Joey Kellner reported earlier today, on the dam. It is viewable with a scope from the south shore parking area across the reservoir.

The bird was still present in the same location at 4:35 this afternoon.
