to Colorado Birds
I guess I got the news late, but former Hurricane Newton hit mainland California several days ago and pushed a lot of pelagic birds in. Arizona added at least 3 new species to their state list, including a first ABA record of Juan Fernandez Petrel, found and photographed from the suburban Tucson yard of my good friend Brian Patrick Gibbons.  So potentially there could be some very interesting pelagic species lingering in Colorado, so keep your eyes peeled!!!! And congratulations to Brian who has also found some great Colorado birds (ie Connecticut Warbler among many others).
