Chico Basin Update

Greetings birders,

Chico Basin Ranch will open to birders on Saturday August 22nd. You may register 7 days in advance.

Please note that bird banding will not begin until Monday August 24. The banding station will be closed on Sundays.

In addition, the State Land Board has asked us to move the porta potties inside the banding station area. They will now be located inside the fenced area near the north gate.

Parking will continue to be in the usual spot.
