Hi all
This morning I had
six Vesper Sparrow and Veery along Weld CR 33 Burrowing Owl colony-btw Weld CRs 98/100 on west. The Veery was at very south end of residential property west side of Weld CR in Salt Bush field beyond their fenceline. I got to see Veery twice.
In Nunn yard yesterday we had
Spotted Towhee along with a
Sharp-shinned Hawk feasting all day long in yard on three House Sparrow. We also had
Mallard seeking shelter in yard!
At Crom Lake I had two American Pipit (Pic
1,
2 and
3) and three Eared Grebe (Pic
1,
2,
3 and
4).
Weld CR 48 marsh had lots of water both sides of road--no new species.
Thanks Gary Lefko, Nunn
