FOS Mississippi Kites El Paso County

Hi all,

I just saw a pair of Mississippi Kites flying over my neighborhood near the Big R in Security, El Paso County.  This is 3-4 weeks earlier than previous returns of some that have been breeding here for 3-4 years.  Not yet certain this is the same pair but seems likely.
