"Patch" birds -- Franktown - Douglas

Three new year birds in our patch today -- all heard but not seen:

    Plumbeous Vireo

    Virginia's Warbler

    MacGillivray's Warbler

Chipping Sparrow flock has disappeared, though we have two singing on Territory.

Lazuli Buntings continue to stun us with their beauty.

Black-headed Grosbeaks -- half a dozen including one female, 2 immature males, and some adults.

Bullock's Oriole male joined by a female, both savoring the orange halves.
