I saw this bird while looking for the scarlet tanager (with no success!) at Rock ledge ranch this afternoon.

Hello Bill!
My gut says it's a Western Wood-Pewee...there doesn't appear to be a vest for Olive-sided Flycatcher (also WWPE are being found at Rock Ledge Ranch by other SCTA chasers e.g. https://ebird.org/checklist/S176392232).

After reading various comments and staring at the picture and Sibley's book I also think the bird in the picture is a Western Wood-Peewee
