Help for year list milestone

COBirders,

After striking out on Pine Grosbeak in Georgetown, Silver Plume, and Moose Visitor Center over the last couple days (and barely missing Nick Komar's Iceland Gull yesterday afternoon) I find myself one shy of a pretty significant year list milestone for me (though not to John Vanderpoel, Sandy Komito or Neil Hayward!)

Though I know there are no guarantees in birding, I would greatly appreciate any solid advice on finding one of the following today (preferably fairly close to the metro area):

Dusky Grouse
Northern Goshawk
Iceland Gull
Northern Pygmy-Owl
Long-eared Owl
Short-eared Owl
Northern Saw-whet Owl
Williamson's Sapsucker

American Three-toed Woodpecker

Northern Shrike

Juniper Titmouse

Pine Grosbeak

Carolina Parakeet

Any advice would be most appreciated.
