The bird was singing vigorously at 7:30 AM at the precise location described so well be Jared del Rosso (thank you for the precise directions and the map!). Why was I not surprised to see Glenn Walbek there? Beautiful morning light. My photo at WRShade3flickr.

The White-eyed Vireo continues this morning, singing from the "grove" by the 3 mile marker for the 10k in deKoevend in Centennial (Arapahoe Co). You'll hear it well before you see it.

David Starbuck, Art Hudak & I heard then viewed the White-eyed Vireo at 6:15 this morning on the West side of the trail just South of the Marathon sign.
