Volunteers Needed at Chico Basin Ranch!

Saturday, April 9, 2016 • 9am - 1pm

Each spring and fall we host a bird banding station at the ranch in partnership with Bird Conservancy of the Rockies. This banding station is open to the public, and is the cornerstone of our education program, which welcomes roughly 2,000 children annually. Join us, for any amount of time, to ready the station for the season! We're happy to offer a complimentary day pass to the ranch to anyone who helps. This is your chance to meet and work alongside the ranch crew!

Please bring: a sack lunch, pitchfork, loppers, gloves and anything else that you would use for serious yard work. We will provide plenty of water, tea and snacks. Please be sure to follow directions on the website as others will get you lost!
