Hi All,
Last week I told my wife no more two hour cleanups because I was finished working on dumps and was only doing litter. I almost made it. I worked 90 min to pick up one bag of litter and then found the 3rd dump untouched.

I found the 9 bags had only small bits of concrete and no trash.
So I emptied them and left at 9:45 -- only 45 min late but less than 2 hrs:)
I will get it down to 1 hr next week. I promis.

One promising note was the two people thanked me (up from zero from the last 3 weeks) and Candace, a past ambassador, stopped by to say hello while walking her dog. Those yard signs might be working.
