Good morning,
Clean Air Council, Tiny WPA, and Amber Arts and Design are working with neighbors to reimagine Cobbs Creek Park entrances through Little Nature Playgrounds!
These improvements support safer crossings, child friendly learning areas, and connections to green space. Community concerns surrounding road safety have guided this work for years. With road safety upgrades in place and more coming in the future, the project will bring bright murals and playful structures to greet visitors. Four sites have already been installed, with more coming soon!
To shape the next round of designs with community collaboration, the Council is hosting four community design meetings. The third workshop is this evening, April 7th 4pm to 5:30pm, at Paschalville Library.
The Council would be excited to gain your input, inspiration, and imagination in deciding the locations and design of this project. Feel free to tell your friends and neighbors using the attached social media toolkit.
Can't make this workshop? Join us at Cobbs Creek Celebrate Trails Day on April 25th, 10-2pm for our final workshop.
In partnership,
Will
