Request to contact the team/person behing YouTube for Tizen TV's adaptation

Hi! I would really like to contact the people(s) behind the integration of the YouTube application, the minor amount of documentation for cobalt has got me worked up in the last few days. Even more i can't find any documentation on how to: take an existing simple web app that could be compiled into a .wgt file and cobalt compiling then loading that cobalt app into a Tizen TV.
