Guide on Setting up development environment on Windows?

Hi Community

I am following it to setup cobalt on my Windows 8GB RAM laptop

I am facing many problems like:-

1.gn.py file is not present in the build folder of cobalt.

2. If i move to latest cobalt folder lts24.40 it has gn.py but now i am not able to build it due to startboard package not importing.

Please help me

Hi, 

You may have more success building Cobalt 25 branch on Windows.

Here's a reference to our build matrix page, that includes Windows builds for 23 through 25 LTS. ( recent build link ) 

Those builds run in Windows containers, ( base container ) and you should be able to replicate the build steps following the environment setup.
