Cobalt 23.LTS.7

The Cobalt team has pushed critical patches to the 23.lts.stable branch with tag 23.lts.7 (23.lts.7.1031913 push). Evergreen binaries(3.7.2) are available on GitHub Releases Considering the importance of these patches, the Cobalt team strongly recommends that partners migrate Cobalt to this new version as soon as possible if you have Cobalt 23.lts.stable on your existing devices. More detailed information can be found in the respective CHANGELOG.md files. Cobalt Changes (see cobalt/CHANGELOG.md for more information) Updates / Improvements EG Loader Error Handling: Resolved a critical issue where mismatched SB APIs detected during a firmware update would cause the EG loader to crash the app. The EG loader will now throw an error and handle it gracefully, preventing app crashes. (#3954) HTMLMediaElement Error Handling: Modified HTMLMediaElement.h5vccAudioConnectors behavior to return an empty string ("") or the string "NOT_SUPPORTED" instead of throwing a kNotSupportedErr or InvalidStateError.
