Truck Movements - landfill in Coatesville Heights

WE MAY ALREADY HAVE THESE TRUCK MOVEMENTS/LANDFILL IN COATESVILLE HEIGHTS AND GLENMORE RD 

I am a resident in C'ville Heights and have noticed truck movements up and down our rd over last few days when home . My husband commented on the speed of several he saw late yesterday afternoon , although probably not over the speed limit definetly excess speed for conditions and safety . A neighbour yesterday also commented on the number of trucks up and down our rd and was very concerned.

Last night Rebecca Thomas a member of this group who lives on Glenmore , rang. She walks from her place to end of Coatesville Heights most days and yesterday in space of 40 minutes counted 9 going one way. 

She spoke with the traffic control people on Glenmore they were very helpful but are unable to comment or count unless directed by their Co.

Rebecca rang the Council yesterday morning and spoke to  David Francis Incident Reporting Officer Auckland Council ph 09 427 3187 about the number of truck movements and  safety and if they have consent for this. He was going to visit yesterday and have a look but when Rebecca rang again in the afternoon he had not.

I will contact David Francis myself today re the truck movements and also try to find out if they have consent , if he cannot help I'll call Bridget Venning  

David Francis told Rebecca that up to 40 trucks do not need consent. I would estimate that in the last two days many more than that have been to this property.

I am not sure of exact street no as there is no box but if you drive down Coatesville Heights across cul de sac it is in front of you , it is a large block of land
