FYI - Current Roadwork on Glenmore - Delays till 23rd.

This is concerning current roadworks on Glenmore , nothing to do with landfill application but as so many who live on or use Glenmore rd have joined this group hope its ok to share this here 

 'Update' from conversation with the 'traffic lady' yesterday : This is not 'her fault' , she has received some strong language and response from some delayed , hopefully this will inform so that wont continue to happen , there is an option 

Over next two weeks they are metalling the road and delays from  5-20 minutes can be expected . 

Worse early to mid morning and mid to late afternoon but they/she just doesn't know. 

They can not allow vehicles on road while tipping metal , then they have to turn / clear road 

There is option , Ridge / O'Brien  for us , unless you happen to live on that section of course  

Works start approx 6 to 6-30 and finish anywhere from 4 to 8

They will be working till 23rd Dec
