Thank you for your letter regarding the application for a clean fill at 146 Glenmore Road. I hope you received my reply yesterday acknowledging receipt and indicating that your comments will be considered when I make the notification recommendation.

My title is Intermediate Planner at Auckland Council.

The notification decision will either be made by my Team Leader or Manager, or an Independent Commissioner.
