        So it's still a matter of just waiting for Dirtworks to comply with the Council's requirements, then the Council deciding whether to notify the project or not.  If notified, we file submissions; if not, we need to decide whether to proceed with an action in the High Court.
        Because you seem to be the driving force behind this effort, I'll leave it to you to circulate this information if you think it might be helpful for those of us opposed to the project.  I've been emailing so many people separately that I thought you could do a better job letting everyone know what's going on.
