Two years on - still dumping landfill at 146 Glenmore Rd

The landfill at 146 Glenmore Rd continues unabated.  This morning I dropped my car off at Andy's and walked back up Glenmore Rd.  In the 20 minutes it took me to walk home four large dump trucks passed me on the way to the site.  As next door neighbours we have now endured treefelling and earthmoving noise for four years.  This is no exaggeration, he started clearing trees (using massive machinery) in February 2014 and it has been continuous noise since then.  A very small bobcat is used to move the dumped soil which means hours and hours of noise from this machine.  Last Saturday this went on until 6.20pm.

Quite honestly I believe that the level of truck movements taking place up and down Glenmore Rd currently is as much (and possibly more) as would have occurred if the application had been granted!
