This is to advise of the above that Marcel Rosflender, Principal Fisheries Boat Builder, has lost one of his adopted sons this morning. The boys are now finishing off constructing his coffin. I am arranging all staff to attend to the boys death as a member of Fisheries family, and considering a small department staff team in the northern town. As such I am advising that Fisheries Northern office will be closed as from 12 pm today. We will resume our normal services as normal tomorrow 7.30 am except Marcel who is entitled to 10 working days as per PSC Staff Manual.
PSC luganville based office is also informed by copy of this email of the temporary closure of the northern Fisheries Department Office.
