Please find attached work plans for all fisheries offices in the six provinces. The two Senior development officers will later develop the coordinating and monitoring plans for the officers work place. Also note that the costing of each activities are only estimates and each LPOs commitment will still be scrutinized in Port Vila.

The note serves to request all officers to review their current activities and readjust to go in line with your own work plans which you have submitted. Our spending this month onwards will be prioritized in according to the activities in the work plans. If you are on something now that is not in the work plan (refer to your plan attached) please advise me or your immediate supervisor immediately. In particularly your planned touring within your province, please make your submission one month in advance so it will allow enough time for Nettie and myself to organize your trip. Due to limited budget for everybody to share in a monthly warrant release, all tours should be limited to not more than 5 days maximum and we reserve the right to readjust your touring program.
Please take time to observe your work plan and if you have any changes to make please do not hesitate to contact me or your supervisor.
