I posted this email to the other group some time ago and got no response, so I’ll post it here.

Last summer when I went to Eugene, I notice that when announcements are made, you don’t hear them in the bedrooms unless you have the door open. My friend who had a bedroom heard announcements over he speaker which was in his room but I didn’t. Will this problem ever be fixed, or was he just one of those rare folks who was lucky and had the speaker working in his room? I’ll be going to Eugene again this summer, and it would be nice if the problem were fixed. I’m not holding my breath, but was just wandering. Jim
