Of course, they charge $7250 for the privilege...hope that Pinarello they show is included at that price!

There are some posts on The Coast Ride Strava club, sounds like Highway 1 is still closed with no estimate of it reopening.

I tried to email a couple times, also on IG. No luck at all. Seems to me that it's a no go for 2024.

The organizers typically make a post after Thanksgiving or 1st thing in December every year, we should hear something then.

Can we get folks to chime in if they are confident they will join if it happens?  This would make it easier to pick up the ball and run with it if the past organizers are not inclined to plan it this year.

If enough riders are interested in making it happen, we can get together and plan it.  Easy enough to arrange a detour or transfer around the slide.  And in the absence of dedicated sag volunteer/s, we could rotate sag duty if others are game.

Also, it might help encourage Scott & co to resume this year despite the slide if enough interest is apparent.
