It’s going to be a while.  This video was shot last August by one of the construction workers, before they found more cracks in the hillside above the road…  Even in August before the additional ground cracks were discovered, it was obvious that the road was not going to be open in the fall.   In August, they were already working on Plan B because of damage caused the winter rains by adding more drainage than what was in Plan A.  No word if there is going to be a Plan C…
