Greetings lovers of kiss impressions and bites,
one more time...
Greetings press, ink and paper sensualists,
anyway...
Andre Chaves is a hand surgeon during office hours and a letterpress printer during shop hours.
He and his wife Ann live in a beautiful Arts and Crafts home in Pasadena. Andre has offered to host a tour of his letterpress shop July 13th Sunday 1-4pm with refreshments. Andre has a working Ludlow and Intertype and runs a Kluge and a Mielhe Vertical. He has been making books and broadsides since 1996. We met through the Zamorano Club.
Please join us for an enjoyable afternoon, likely with dinner to follow for those who with to explore Pasadena.

Belated birthday wishes, Norman! This looks like a wonderful afternoon, and I hope to be able to hear about when I get back from my summer adventure (three weeks in Nicaragua), which unfortunately includes the 13th.

This is a reminder email of our tour of Clinker Press a week from today.
