Three months and still no comprehensive information on the consultants.  SAD, SAD SAD.....

It is unfortunate that the Harlem Community Development (???) Corporation [HCDC] and the Harlem Congregations for Community (???) Improvement (???) [HCCI] have misrepresented community involvement in the Brownfield Opportunity Areas [BOA] grant that will affect the North Harlem Valley.. 

The picture in the meeting referred to appears to be one of the "selected" community persons meetings.  Difficulty in recognizing the "selected" participants present.

Also, it brings tears to the eyes about what is happening the the Victoria Theater.

It appears as in the BOA grant along with what is happening with the Victoria Theater that $$$$$$$ still rules the day and decisions.
