Title: Programme Officer
Responsibilities:

• Identification of potential projects through advertisements and partnership liaisons
  
• Development of project proposals
  
• Tracking project performance
• Maintenance of resource pool of consultants
• Match making of consultants with relevant projects
• Supervision of project implementation
• Networking with the consortium partners
• Preparing reports and project deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree in business, economics, social sciences or communications
• Excellent report writing, communication and management skills
• Research orientation/experience will be a plus
• Preference will be given to experience

Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:

• New business development and account management
• Networking for effective marketing
• Manage outreach through effective presentation and focused lobbying
• Generate revenue in line with corporate goals
• Develop an internal business plan with corporate and sales strategies
  
• Contact professional advisers such as an accountant, banker and/or lawyer to provide expert information about the business

Requirements

• Masters in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  
• Strong professional communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with customers
• proven ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision
