Friends, FYI...

Dear Friends
The worst flooding in the history of Pakistan has unleashed its disastrous effects, the handling of which is beyond the scope of any government, institution, or any individual alone. The support provided by you is therefore vital in helping alleviate the pain of the flood affected.
Global Giving has launched its Matching Campaign, for a limited time period, from 12th October to 21st October 2010. During this period any donation made by you shall be matched at up to 50% depending upon the size of your donation.  We would like to request your support in taking full advantage of this opportunity, and contribute munificently towards this noble cause.
We currently have two projects on the Global Giving Website for the flood affected for which you can donate online:

Eid ia a Muslim festival that is celebrated all over the world. On this occasion all children look forward to wearing new clothes and receiving gifts. As Eid- ul- Azha is fast approaching in November, we shall be continuing with the same project in order to spread the joy once again through the distribution of the Eid Gifts amongst those devastated by the floods. After a detailed damage need assessment, Fatima Memorial in collaboration with its coalition partners adopted acutely affected areas in Dera Ghazi Khan for complete rehabilitation in its first phase. This new project intends to offer non-formal schooling to the flood hit children and is based on the experience of Fatima Memorial in this field for over twenty five years through its community outreach program.

We request you to step forward and help us generate funds through the Global Giving Matching Initiative. Your hands of hope can help move their life forward! We thank you for your ongoing support to the Fatima Memorial Hospital.
Let’s build partnerships for a permanent change!
