Hello All,

The school district has called a special board meeting this Thursday
at noon to discuss the bond election. I'm responsible for note-taking
in April, and I'll attend the regular meeting, but I teach on
Thursdays, and cannot attend this meeting. If anyone else is able to
attend, that would be wonderful. For those who have not done this
before, CSPS tries to have someone attending and taking notes at every
school board meeting. The notes are not extensive, just a message to
the rest of us about what is going on. Here is the notice of the
meeting.

C. ELECTIONS
1. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to an Order
amending an Order Calling a Bond election
*To amend the election order to provide for two new voting precincts
created in November 2008 due to the City of College Station’s 2008
annexation
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to a
Supplement to the Interlocal Government Agreement pertaining to the
5/09/09 Joint Election with the City of College Station
3. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to 2009 Bond
communication
D. ADJOURNMENT
