Ladies and Gentlemen

First, let me say I am disappointed to learn of the removal of Valerie
Wilson from her position as our *certified New Jersey award winning business
administration over the years.  *Ms. Wilson clearly reflects the
professionalism that the community deserves from a good steward of NPS's
finances.

Additionally, how could NPS justify the hiring of* additional* personnel,
namely a CFO, to perform the same or similar tasks that Ms. Wilson performed
during these difficult budgetary times.
*
*
I demand that you investigate and advocate for the reinstatement of Ms.
Wilson to her former position which included operations and fiscal
management.  Quite frankly, *"if it ain't broke, don't fix it*." * It is our
intent to strongly engage the community on this issue.*

The hiring of an uncertified NJ business administrator, Photeine
Anagnostopoulos, is unacceptable; I don't believe she can handle public
funds.

Additionally, other special assistants have been hired this week.  Several
appear to have conflict of interest challenges.

Photeine Anagnostopoulos has a clear conflict of interest in which she is
the current* president since 2005* of McGraw-Hill Digital Learning who
creates and develops materials for on-line learning and SAT preparation.
This is and has been exponentially a huge investment for NPS.

I strongly recommend that the Advisory Board demand that Ms. Anagostopoulos
divest herself IMMEDIATELY of any and all interests in this company and
provide PROOF of the divestiture.

BACKGROUNDPhoteine Anagnostopoulos has been President of McGraw-Hill Digital
Learning since April 2005. Ms. Anagnostopoulos also launched a number of
major products for McGraw-Hill Digital Learning, including web-based
programs to better prepare students for the SAT and academics in college.
Before The College Board, she was vice president of Business Development for
Classroom Connect, a provider of professional development programs and
online instructional materials for the K-12 market, where she developed and
negotiated strategic partnerships and advised senior management on strategy.
Earlier, she was with Morgan Stanley, where she analyzed business
combinations, financing structures and trading opportunities for clients and
senior management as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions department and
the Equity department. During her tenure with The College Board, Ms.
Anagnostopoulos was responsible for the development of the new SAT, managing
the major revision of the critical reading and math sections, the addition
of the writing section, and the redesign of the overall operations of the
program. Ms. Anagnostopoulos holds a bachelor's degree in economics from
Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
