Attached please find the details to two important meetings taking place in
Lower Broadway NEXT WEEK.  The meeting Monday is about the development of
the Peskins Building on Broadway while the meeting on Wednesday is about the
City’s Master Plan and how it affects our neighborhood.  You’ve voice is
important to ensure each of these projects is consistent with *your* work on
the *Quality of Life plan* for the future of our Lower Broadway
Neighborhood.  We hope to see you at both of these important meetings.  If
you have any questions please feel free to contact me.  Also, please
distribute the attached flyers to your list.****

When:  Wednesday, July 13, 2011.  5:30 pm – 7:30 pm****

Note:    “Planning for the future of Newark and its neighborhood involves
all of us – residents, government, nonprofits, and business. Newark’s

Plan will be the official documents that helps to guide the decisions we
make about land uses, investments, preservation, and improvement – now and
