Not able to activate coala-venv on windows cmd.

Hi,

I am a beginner and want to begin contributing to the organization, but when I try to activate the coala-venv in cmd on windows,

I am not able to and as a replacement for source(bash) what do I use on windows. I have tried to use call but that also doesn't work.

I would appreciate any help please.
