- May I say I am (half jokingly) a bit insulted?

- The Cluj coach-retreat was a totally local initiative...  (warning: expect a Bangkok initiative in a few months ...)

I have lots of experience launching a great initiative that people adore, and failing the 'give-up-ownership' process. 

I also have (too few) successes in this!

I would be very interesting to share experience about how to empower people to take ownership on projects they are part of !
