Dear COAA SCC members and friends:
Prof. K. N. Liou has received a copy of the award certificate for the
Nobel Peace Prize, which was bestowed on the IPCC in 2007, for his
substantial contribution to the work of IPCC over the years since the
inception of the organization. Please congratulate Prof. Liou for his
great achievement.
