COA mini-grant application

Dear COA board,

I’m Emily Levy, a professor at Sacred Heart University who studies behavior, ecology, and physiology of backyard birds. I have attached a mini-grant application that would help me pay undergraduate field assistants during the breeding season, as we conduct the second year of a two-year experiment on food supplementation in bluebirds and house sparrows.

I have also attached my BBL Master Bander permit, along with my CT DEEP permit. I am applying for a renewal of the DEEP permit next week. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for considering my application.
