COA Mini Grant Application

Hello Review Committee,
Please find attached the grant application for the Young Birders Club project, which aims to inspire children aged 9 to 19 to explore birdwatching, science, and nature. The project seeks to nurture a lifelong interest in conservation, foster scientific and communication skills, and create a sense of environmental stewardship among youth.

We are requesting funding in the amount of $1000 to support the development of the club, including the distribution of starter kits (field guides and journals), the organization of birdwatching trips and walks, and outreach activities that will engage participants in citizen science projects. The funds will also help cover the costs of essential materials and event-related expenses.
