CO 9-1-1 GIS Cmte: volunteers to assist 9-1-1 Resource Center Director with outreach talking points

Hello CO 9-1-1 Task Force GIS Committee members -

The CO 9-1-1 Resource Center's Executive Director, Connie Johnson, will be doing outreach to local 9-1-1 stakeholders and their GIS partners, about the need for their involvement for source GIS data for NG9-1-1.

This is related to the Center's recently acquired $500,000 CPAP Funds grant for developing a curated statewide dispatch boundaries feature class with clean topology, and to use the remaining funds to assist local 9-1-1 stakeholders who have no or little GIS base data.

One or two volunteers who are knowledgeable about NG9-1-1 GIS are requested to assist Connie with drafting a set of talking points and/or a one page memo, for her outreach efforts.
