All of the sales/use tax laws are contained in DRMC Chapter 53. Here’s a link: Chapter 53 - TAXATION AND MISCELLANEOUS REVENUE | Code of Ordinances | Denver, CO | Municode Library

The applicable sections for audit and appeal are in Article One, specifically sections 1-33. Please note that any taxpayer not satisfied with a decision by the manager, can appeal to the state department of revenue or go through the court system.
