Commission Audit Rules

On our call on Monday, there was discussion of the Commission potentially conducting an audit of one or more telecom providers regarding their ETC and state 911 surcharge remittance practices. Participants on the call agreed that a good place to start would be to review the Commission's existing rules regarding audits of telecom providers regarding ETC and 911. The relevant rules are 2152 through 2154, which I've attached for our discussion. You should have already received an invite for a follow-up meeting on November 7.
