Draft MLTS Rules

Here are the draft rules that were discussed at today's meeting. Jaci said she would like people to provide comments by May 2 so she can report on them at the next Task Force meeting.

Again, this isn't a rulemaking we will be undertaking right now, but something we are considering for the future to address edge cases where MLTS systems are spread across multiple governing body jurisdictions or multiple states.

Here is a corrected copy of the draft MLTS rules. I had an incorrect header over the first section. The text is correct for Rule 2150, but I had it labeled as Rule 2151. Sorry for the confusion.
