Water vapor molecules are increasing 7 times faster than CO2 molecules. Nobody else has looked at measured water vapor and correctly compared it to the maximum possible from just planet warming or they would have discovered that measured WV has increased more than possible from just planet warming. Could you show how you calculated the 7x value?

According to the plot, TPW increased by 0.041882 kg/m^2 per year.  From 1990 to 2020, it increased 1.256 kg/m^2 or about 4.4% of the 1990 value of 28.35 kg/m^2 or so.

In comparison, CO2 concentrations at Mauna Loa went from 354.45 ppm to 414.24 ppm from 1990 to 2020, an increase of 16.9% of the 1990 value.
