Job Description:

Establish & implement tactical plans for Staffing services.
Assist Multiple organizations/entities across the Northern
Colorado Region in developing & executing staffing plans to
meet specific business needs. Position scopeable to L59
Functional Specialist job based on skills, abilities, &
expertise. Act as consultant to ent. personnel teams &
members of management. Understand the orgs bus. goals &
goal rationale. Directly influence ent. or regional mgmt on
organizational issues related to staffing. In partnership
with entity personnel teams, effectively diagnose &
characterize the orgs staffing needs & determine
appropriate solutions. Plan, design & implement solutions
that are congruent w/the needs & strategies of the customer
and are in alignment with Personnel policy. Develops &
manages region-wide programs, tools, & resources for
staffing strategies for a diverse candidate pool, screening,
visit, selection, offer/reject processes, & candidate
Accept/Decline processes, & other programs/processes needed
to support bus. staff. needs. Keep abreast of trends, state
& federal legislation, HPs policy relating to the staffing
function & provide leadership to introduce changes that
enhance the effectiveness of Staffing & ensure all processes
and practices are in full compliance.

Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge in staffing. Knowledge of HP
philosophies, practices, policies, etc. BA degree in Human
Resources, Organization Consulting, or equivalant comb. of
educ. & 2 yrs of directly related experiences or Masters
degree in Human Resources, Organizational Consulting, or
equiv. comb. of educ. & exp, +1 yrs of directly related
experience.
