I looked up Harpster. It is just north of Greencamp. Green camp is north of Prospect so just follow the Scioto river way past the zoo to get in the general area.
My brother just opened a pizza shop, Don Tamasso's, in Upper Sandusky on E. Wyandot, just off 23. He told me about the track, I guess he can hear it from his house in Harpster.

Knobbies on a flat track? Sacre Bleu! They'ed never let you near it.
From the picture it does look like they have a motocross track or two there as well. They might let those tires on them, but now your problem is the bike.
